If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Four Four Boot Company LLC you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in the original packaging and original unused condition...

BOOTS MAY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGE ONLY IF THE SOLES ARE UNSCRATCHED. Unfortunately, if we receive a pair of boots that have scuffs or scrapes on the bottom soles, they will be sent back to you or if it’s an instant exchange you will be charged the full amount for the item you originally purchased. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

Four Four Boot Company makes it easy to return or exchange your item(s) by printing a shipping label. This saves you time and you avoid additional shipping expenses.

If the boot box is not returned with the item, there will be an additional $15.00 charge.

If shipped back without an exterior shipping box, there will be an additional $15.00 charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA: Only refund, you will be responsible for shipping item's back to us. Duties and tax are non-refundable.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
